If I had the time and the resources and a list of yummy recipes, I would eat more raw foods. My parents do it and my sister. They are always growing sprouts in their kitchen windowsill then making some kind of crackers out of it. What I do like to see are raw products becoming available at my local natural-food market. Makes it easier on me. I’m really liking the sprouted crackers and granola from Two Moms in the Raw. The packaging is pretty cool too.
